We are spending 3 weeks in February and decided not to rent a car this year. We will be using Wilfred Brooks' services for transfers from the airport to Pelican Key for a week, then a transfer to Orient Village for two weeks, some dinners in Grand Case, and the trip back to the airport. There may be a day or two when we might want to rent a car, is it possible to rent one from one of the hotels in Orient Village? And please don't try to talk us into renting a car, we have done that most other years and enjoyed it but we know we mostly want to hang out in Simpson Bay and Orient Village and definitely don't want a car the entire time. Thanks in advance for any answers!
Hey Mike, we stayed in the village last May. The owner of the villa had a rental car company and dropped one at our door one day to use. I think the name of the company was Dolphin rent a car. You can probably contact him at sochicvillas@gmail.com or 590 690777 08 08 his name is Dominique. I think I paid $30.00 for the day. There are also a couple at the Grand Case airport.
Missing Iowa weather for three weeks on February....How will you stand it? angela@horizoncarrentals.com rents by the day and will deliver and pickup. I've been using her for several trips now.
Norm, we are very much looking forward to it and we love Angela, I just wasn't sure if she wanted to deliver a car all the way over there for a day at a time. When we rent, she will always be our first choice as she has always provided first class service! Hope we will get to attend one of your get togethers this year??
