So a week ago yesterday I paid my 59.00 so that I could get a password and list my timeshares for sale on this site. Upon payment it said I would receive an email with info how to log in within 3-4 business days. It's 2015, nothing should take this long electronically, if you can take my money, you should be able to follow through with what is needed to activate. To date I have received nothing other than my paypal receipt. To contact, it said go to Facebook page, which I did Last night. At this point I just want my money back as I have lost a week of trying to sell and I want them sold or rented by Thanksgiving. Anyone have a clue how to properly do this?? I know some utilize that site here.

I am with you. I listed one of my TS for rent on the site and it took 10 days for the listing to appear. JMB replied to my complaint saying that they are upgrading their site, yadda, yadda, yadda, and ads posting will be much faster in the future. I was not happy about it so I understand where you're coming from. Like you said, posting should be immediate, considering the cost of membership. Good news is my TS is now rented and I hope it'll be the same for you.

Why not just contact Jeff Berger? He is a regular member here on TTOL.

He should offer you some compensation for the delay - if not - ask for it.

Bobcat, You are waaaay more into the timeshare know-how department than most so I pose this question to you specifically and perhaps to anyone else who might have up to date information. As you will note from this post, Kim is trying to sell her two weeks at the Towers - thus her paid ad here - but beyond the TTOL classified ads, Redweek.com and Jeff Berger, which obviously was a waste of time and money, do you have any other suggestions as to other places she could list it quickly for sale? I know there's at least one t/s listing forum that gets a lot of mention but the name escapes me right now. TY in advance for any info....

Thank you, BC. TUG was the one I was thinking of but I'll remind her of both. Boy, you are quick on the draw today!!

Kim, usually our turnaround IS three or four days. Please contact Membership Services at support[at]jmbcommunications.com and they will resolve this issue for you. The volume of new memberships this year has been very high so we're busy but they will fix this quickly. Include your PayPal receipt number if you have it, or we'll research it.

Posting in law season takes 1-2 weeks at times. Platinum member ads are posted the same business day.

All I can say about our ads is that sales of rentals is way ahead of where it has been in the 13 years we've been doing this...a sign of a very good season coming for SXM.

Kim, I think you do not fully appreciate how small Jeff Berger's operation is. I am not sure that he has even one full-time employee. There's no call center in Bangladesh or anywhere else. It's more than a one-man-shop, but is not much more than that. I have learnt that he sometimes gets overloaded, but sooner or later he will "take care of business." Of course, errors do occur in any organization--large or small--and sometimes problems or complaints fall through the cracks. I am not trying to make excuses for Jeff, but I am sure he will make things right for you if you are persistent and patient enough.

jmbcomms said: Posting in law season takes 1-2 weeks at times. Platinum member ads are posted the same business day. Jeff, I don't know what Platinum Membership is and how much it is. I couldn't even find it on your site. All I know is I paid $59 for 1 year membership and my ad took 10 days to get posted which I found out of line and I told you so. I've used other ads sites in the past and posting was immediate with no distinction between low and high season posting. I didn't mean to hurt your business by posting my own experience but I maintain that when I pay $59/year to become a member of your Community, I expect a higher level of service. My ad should have been posted in 24hrs max and not 10 days later. Like I also said, my TS is now rented thanks to my posting on your site so I gave you credit for that too. No hard feelings on my end, just my honest and factual feedback to improve the process.
