RickG said in a thread in July that the 24 was what he uses for carry on. I went back and checked before I bought the other day as that was what we wanted too.

I've carried the 24 can size. I've got both the 24 and 48 size that gives us flexibility as to what we decide to take down. Two for one sale makes it a bargain

Our two polar bear coolers are on the kitchen counter right now! One to pack for tailgating tomorrow and the other to pack for our charter trip next week. Best coolers ever!
