This link will show you among other things the inside of the house that was featured on HGTV above the Atrium resort that he renovated (DR/bar owner from TN), along with other shots of activities on the island. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2FC8ZOSrKs&feature=youtu.be

Is this the house where they had tenants who wouldn't leave? If so, that's quite a beautiful renovation!

I can see why. I wouldn't want to leave either.

Thank you. Been going to sxm 30 something years and never been to Pinel. I never wanted to commit to a day long excursion but if it's just a stop on a tour, might make the trip.

We were just at the Atrium and wondered what was up that steep drive! And now we need to go back because we didn't get to see most of the beaches..

Nice video. If you want to see more of the house look it up on Vbro. We went on a tour for a possible rental, it was really nice & the view could not be beat. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We didn't end up renting it because you couldn't walk up to it & all the girls were afraid to drive up the steep hill.

You really should go, Pinel is beautiful. You don't have to stay all day. You can leave whenever you choose. The ferry runs every half hour or so. It only took us about five years to get there but we have been going every year since.
