According to Marty on Facebook. The score is Marty's Dream Bar 2, Alegria 0!

Here is his posting:

"Again Alegria did not succeed to remove us from The Dream Pool Bar. As expected since we do Nothing wrong!
We are delighted to continue to serve Y 'all great cocktails and give the best service Y' All deserve to the guests @ Alegria and anyone visiting The Dream Pool Bar.

Thank you to all the peeps around the world for your support !

Always fight the good fight. NEVER give in ! NEVER be intimidated
That's Marty Style."

Has anybody seen what the decision acutally is/was? Generally never as simple as it sounds. And I doubt this is the end of the game either, will see where things go.

According to Marty's posting a few weeks ago, Alegria was attempting to evict him for a second time, on the basis of non conformity to the terms of his lease. There were 4 claims:

1. Non Payment of Rent
2. Operating without a License
3. No Liability Insurance
4. Nuisance to Hotel Guests.

As far as what the actually wording of the ruling from today was? He did not quote it. Only stated that he won.

I'm sure this is not the end of it, Alegria will try again...and will probably fail.

We'll help solve the "no profit" issue right after our Thanksgiving.

We'll be there too! I think we should try to at least double Marty's rental obligation!
