With the renovations at the airport, has anything changed with getting a car rental? We use Kenny's and used to meet Lesley in the parking lot. Is this still the procedure?

We normally use Lesley and he does still meet us outside the terminal with our car but generally in the terminal area as opposed to in the lot. Generally once we come out with our bags in tow, he meets us and within but a few minutes and all paperwork done, we're on our way. If he has a lot of arrivals, you may have to wait a few minutes more but trust me, he'll be there ASAP. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

Carol Lesley wrote for us to use the door marked car rental shuttles and I didn't recall ever seeing that sign so I thought the airport had made changes.

The renovations didn't effect the exiting of the building. Lesley is always there to meet us. Sometimes he is running back and forth but he will be there like Pat said. Usually just outside the building! We used to follow him to the lot but the cars are outside the lot now so you don't have to deal with the gate or paying a parking fee etc. At least that is how it has been our last few trips.

YW, and as Laurel said, lately Lesley's been meeting us just out the door and the cars have been conveniently located outside the parking lot and closer to the terminal.

Not too sure about how the doors are 'marked' but the front and main exit is where the cabs line up while the side door is generally where the car rental people are located. I think they might be talking about the food court renovations and if it effected the rental car areas.

There were many car rental stalls in the airport along one side of the hall. The exit to the other car rental guys was right where the baggage claim area is. We saw all the different companies holding up signs when you came out the exit...All very easy to spot and they all know each other because I just said "Unity?" to the first person who approached me and he took me right to him.
