I have 2 questions: 1) has anyone seen the renovations at the Loterie Farm following their fire & how are they progressing? 2) does anyone know where the Soprano's restaurant has moved to?
These are 2 of our favorites and are visited often during our 3 week stay - this year 10/21 to 11/11.
Thank you in advance for your replies.

According to the Loterie Farm's Facebook page: "Alright, September is here and as is our tradition, time for cleaning, repairing, vacations (for some). The restaurant, "Hidden Forest Cafe" will be closed for September / October though the Treelounge tapas bar and L'eaulounge pool will be open during the day Tuesday to Sunday."
Can't help with the Soprano's question, although they also have a Facebook page. Their page is set up as a group (I guess so that they don't have to pay for it), so there's a lot of "stuff" on the page. I'm guessing the answer to your question is there if you feel like scrolling through all the junk there.

We were at Soprano's (Maho) in July. I didn't know they had moved?

I was just looking at a map to find Chez Maguy restaurant in GC (turn at Spiga then right) and noticed on that map Sopranos on a road in that area (before GC) and wondered if it was their 2nd location since I'd not seen it there before.
If they've moved could this be it?

I think they are still in the same Maho location, but there was talk that they might be moving to Simpson Bay or Cupecoy.

Lotterie farm is up and running with a 50% off admission for Sept / Oct . They are rebuilding the roof as well as building a gift shop. Our best day in SXM was enjoyed here.

Thank you for the review & info on their rebuilding. If it's not finished by 10/22 we will do just as you and hang by the pool. We usually spend 3-4 hrs there eating, drinking & playing backgammon. The pool area looks great but, knowing they are discounting for lo season, that's where we will be if not completed.
Again, Thank You.
