He posted that on his facebook page. Pretty sure this is the same suit they served him with after he won the last one.

As has been stated on here in the past, not everyone is on facebook. With multiple private/closed pages even people on facebook can't see what others are referring to many times.
Contrary to what some think, not everyone is welcome in the private/closed group pages.
As previously stated, I am pretty sure this is not a new suit but what resulted from the prior judgement.

No, everyone is not on Facebook, but those of us who are (and I believe that you do use Facebook, JD), appreciate something that we may have missed being pointed out. This particular post was on Marty's personal page and not in any closed group, so anyone who follows him can see it.

Marty just gave a few more details on his Facebook page. This is a new case not an appeal from the last ruling in his favour.

Ray Sidhom seems determined to become the most disliked man on SXM.

That's quite a title. But only the displaced TS owners are going to care and the few that frequented Marty's.

If you say those are the only people that are going to care, I'd say that amounts to about 5,000 tourists: definitely not a small amount in anyone's book. And, each of those 5,000 tourists have about ten friends who will be told "the story" about the unfriendly island of St. Maarten. Definitely not good for an economy that is 85% dependent on tourism.

I would be surprised if every timeshare salesperson on the island isn't wishing they never heard of him.
