had a little rumble last night. some sites say 2.9, others say 4.7. so what will be worse this year for a boat on hard this year, hurricanes or earthquakes?

According to the US Geological Survey - http://goo.gl/cdVn6o - there were 7 shakes on 8/19 in that area ranging from a 2.7 109km NE of the DR to a 4.8 112km north of Road Town. There was a 2.9 registered 11km ENE of Road Town (I love the internet!)

Thanks for that. The one wasn't far off our dock! Hope it didn't crack. Now just have to survive the hurricane!
