Yes, when we visited St. Maarten by cruise ship and when our daughter lived on St. Maarten it was a favorite stop. Best frozen drinks--Peach Daiquiris

Went there our first trip in 2001. I think my husband still has the T shirt.

Yes, that was a great place to just sit and chill on the beach there! The drinks were the best ever and the staff were all so much fun. I was so sad to see it closed a few years ago. Something like that would be great on Orient Beach in the old Bo Bo Jam location!

I remember crawing out of there a few times. Wasn't it close to Rick's first location?

Yes, It was close to Ric's original location, and its boarded up ruins still stand on Front Street next to a Linens Galore store. Another neat thing about the place in its glory was on Fridays when the cruise ship Monarch of the Seas was in port, its musicians would visit there and play for the crowd. Sadly missed.

Actually, the original location was more on Olde St. Then on Front St. and later in Simpson Bay.

Below is an old email exchange I had with Ric back in 2010. May he RIP.

"We opened June 1, 1990 at the back of Olde Street Mall. We stayed there for three years and moved to the Front Street location during the weekend of May 7-10, 1993. Opened last place in Simpson Bay in early March of 2001."

I spent a lot of money at the Olde Street Mall. That's where the Java Wraps shop used to be. I loved that place! Wish I could find something similar now...

Thanks for clearing that up. You beat me to it as I had the pleasure of eating at all their locations.

I do miss him and Kathy when we visit every year.

Are you talking about Ric's Place ?I do not think Every t'ING cool was ever in Simpson Bay. It was always on Front Street and owned by a Canadian couple.

The quote was from Ric regarding Ric's Place and really had nothing to do with Every T'ing Cool. I was only addressing someone else saying the location of Ric's Place was on Back St.

You are correct on the location of Every T'ing Cool and the ownership.

Here is another question. Was Every T'ing Cool always in the same location on Front St?

Random memory.
I was at Ric's on a rainy day. News was that John Denver died flying his plane.
Oct'97?
