takes awhile for them to respond but they will, if your travel is not for now & is couple months away they prob won't book it yet, it took awhile for them to answer our phone calls & emails but we were very pleased with them & will use again

I called them & left messages also, they actually called me back in PA first & then sent email confirmations, once you get it settled you will like them, very laid back airline, but do keep trying
