I think it normally was around mid day. The problem is that they usually went down to around Andy and Cheryl's, which is not there any more, so not sure whether they will even do it..

Parade is scheduled to begin at 11am. Will be marching as far as Kakao this year because there is too much seaweed to go any further. Party at Pedro's and the Perch.
