Try Oasis 96.3. OK on Dutch side but you lose it on French side. We have this station tuned on our radio for 2 weeks each time we visit. Phyllis Maitland's show 50s/60s music Mondays, 70s music Tuesdays, 80s on Wednesdays, etc. Great station with very few commercials.

The weekends for Island 92, are mostly syndicated shows like 'Cool CAT' and "Underground Garage'.. frankly not the same as their weekdays. Weekdays are different. Someone mentioned Soc, and yes, we love his show too... I listen here at work to him almost every morning. I will tell you that I listen less for the music, and more for the island news and flavor. Soc and 'Mr. Skin' are GREAT for that.

Music is mostly the stuff I grew up with. Kinda a classic 60-80s mix.

Not SXM, but we also like to listen to an Aguilla station - I think its 95.5
Get a kick out the announcer reading out the grocery ads in a lovely island accent ... 48 oz can of Allens Apple juice $8.29 ..." and the music is nice

And ear buds are even better for the beach in case the person next to you on the beach would rather listen to the wind and waves than a commercial radio station....

I used to take a water-resistant radio and lay in the surf and tape local music. I spent a BUNDLE transferring those tapes to cds before the technology became simple. Irie FM ... I should have thought ahead and bought an eco-extreme radio, not just the unit for phones and pods.
