Although we have not been down since 2013, C&F was our absolute favorite local-style restaurant in the area.
The portions were great, and the atmosphere very enjoyable. We're planning a return in 2016 with a group of 6.

I second what Roger (SeeDiver) said. C&F was recommended to us by the staff at BVIYC. It is within walking distance. We loved that it had a local vibe to it. It accommodated our group of ten easily. Pretty slow service but we were all on vacation and it didn't bother us at all as we were there to relax and have a good time. Very nice and friendly staff as well.
They had a special pasta dish that was AWESOME!
I haven't been there since 2014 but we plan to go back in 2016 again as well.

We use BVIYC and take the dinghy over to Village Cay. Nice breakfasts, good food, right on the water.

Take the dink to Village Cay. It's a short trip and gets your dinghy sea legs going.

Yep, more than once we have requested a different motor or had them change plugs

Someone reported on this board that C&F had closed, so check first. But, the wings and ribs are the very best. Great salads too.
