Started the day with French Crepes in our room. Simple way to make them one cup of flour, one cup of milk, one tea spoon of salt. one table spoon of vegetable oil, one large egg. Mix in blender. The trick is to heat the pan with vegetable oil pour batter in middle. With a spoon thin out batter so you end up with a thin crepe. Make a stack of then. We like to add blueberries(heated in oil) as a topping . Our beach choice today was Baie Rouge. 3 days left.

If you love crepes you must try the Creperie at Paradise View above Orient Beach. Some of the most amazing crepes you will ever find and the prices are very reasonable. I had one stuffed with strawberry jam and a scoop of ice cream on top.... for breakfast! My wife had strawberry stuffing with three scoops of whipped cream on it. All this and a great view!

I'll second the crepe endorsement at Paradise View. In addition to those described by biglar, you can also get more conventional breakfast-style crepes. It's a delightful place for a leisurely brunch, with a great view.

SXMNorm said: Baie Rouge, one of the best. I agree, but it is so hard to find a day with no waves. Wish there was a beach report in the morning! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
