Enjoyed beach and lunch yesterday at Capt.. Frenchys. Prob going back tomorrow and will head to Rainbow. Any suggestions there on the menu there based on your experiences? I like that they have their own small parking lot, too. Thx all.

Well, I'm delayed in my response but will post anyway. Loved Rainbow!!! We had 6 of us and no one was disappointed with their meal. Three had the sushi (all different), a couple had the flank steak, and one had the ribeye. Definitely keeping this one on this list!

It was excellent. Had rotisserie chicken, escargot and turbot fish with basil oil wrapped in bacon.

It's our favorite beach bar on de ilon! (we stay next door) A quiet clean beach scene, very few cruise [censored], great food, nice people, legendary party nights...
