Very sad day on Orient. Aloha was tearing down and Le String is closing on Sunday. Everyone is packing up and shutting down. Lots of tears and uncertainty at this point, but we stayed a full day, supported the best we could and promised to be back once the dust has settled! Only a few are open at this point and teardown is set for the 22nd. If you're on island, stop by and show your last minute support!

Yes that's what they told us at Le String. Nathalie was doing her own deconstruction at Aloha so she could at least sell the wood. As of yesterday, only Orange Fever, Sun Beach, Sexy Fruits and Le String were open. The general feeling is a lot of frustration and sadness. The plans are to come back but without any real info at this point, no one really knows if they can afford to do that or not.
