There is a small building being constructed near Fany's and Shore Pointe....across Rhine Rd from the Porto Cupecoy.... does anyone know what it is?

FWIW.
About a year and a half ago there was a real estate banner that lead me to believe there was going to be new construction but at that time no one would confirm or deny.
