Just got back from 8 days in St Martin. Spent 4 of the days on Happy Bay & it was wonderful. FYI, Danny told me one of the days I was not there that on the left hand side near the hill when you are walking down to the beach, some couples went in the water together and out of the trees someone came down and stole their items they left on the beach and ran off back into the trees. I did not witness any of this but as usual, Danny always gave me a daily recap of anything that happened or would be happening there that day. Luckily I had bought the Kyss bag from a recommendation from one of the postings on this site and just locked it to the chairs I rented from Danny and didn't worry much about it but always kept an eye on who was around me. He said it happened last Wednesday I believe. We still had a great time on this beach and will be back to it next year.

Thanks for the info. Is Danny renting chair again? The last time we were there he was not renting. We always get lunch with him.

He was there last week and has been there every year I have been going since he started renting them. Maybe he was out of town or something the last time you were there? On Friday he was cooking for a group that came to the beach on one of the nude cruises. There were a lot more people on this beach than in the past. Don't know if it was because of the time I went, I usually go in April but had to do May this year.

We were there last June and he had been burnt out and his chairs were gone. Good to know he has restocked. I look forward to seeing him and enjoying the beautiful beach.
