As the title states. Has anyone found friendly enough stingrays to hand feed?

It's not wise to feed sharks or stingrays they're unpredictable and it could ruin your day <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/toast.gif" alt="" />

It's very popular in the Caymans, never heard of it in BVI.

Your chances are slim of being bitten but I wouldn't do it on a daily basis. Just read this on the news: http://dailym.ai/1A92kdn

We sometimes get baby rays in the shallows of Apple Bay in the summer..they will swim up to you and bury themselves in the sand. I would not try to touch them and be very careful not to step on them..I believe they are friendly but anything they perceive as aggression can cause them to attack with that tail..

Quite often the Spotted Eagle Rays will swim up to you sort of like a cat does and briefly touches you and swims away

It was incredibly painful and the toxins/venom takes a long time to dissipate. I still don't have normal feeling in the area of the sting. I would not recommend intentionally approaching a ray. In my case, I stepped on it without knowing it was underfoot.

We've had remora beg at the back of the boat. They'll play with you, but get a tad clingy.

Give up fishing when the Remoras are around your boat, they'll keep bighting the bait no matter how many times you release them.
