I'm trying to fill out form 20(a) for a BVI fishing license.
The first line indicates "Name of Applicant". The last line says "Name and designation of applicant".

Maybe this is some sort of British thing.... doesn't make any sense to me. What is the difference between these lines, i.e., what am I supposed to fill in for the latter?

thanks!

Similar to Beerman, I wrote my name on both lines, it worked.

ok - I'll try filling it in a second time with my name. What could go wrong.....

It appears I am too stupid to fill out the paperwork for a fishing license. But my credit card is shiny enough to charter a boat <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Sent 20(a) form as well as credit card release form down to
cfd@gov.vg I spoke to a wonderful person at the office and they were so kind to turn it around in about 4 hours. Do not send it to NRL@gov.vg as was written a previous post. I sent it last week and got it back today saying I sent it to the wrong person.

Not typically British at all. Don't blame us!

Don't over think it and the ladies in the fishing licenses department are the best! You'll have your license in 2 days.
