The article was not written clearly. What the information is trying to convey is that Biras Creek hotel, where it is situated you can only get there by boat or helicopter. Biras is on Virgin Gorda but there is no roads going there so people tend to think that it is on a separate island.

Biras Creek has great wifi that is free with their $20 moorings!
