There is a story in the Daily Herald saying that Elisa Cohen and Philippe Just have won damages from Luftman/Sindextour, their former landlord at Bikini Beach and Kontiki, respectively. It's unclear what it all means, but it's the first bit of good news for them in a while. Elisa is the manager at Bajatzu at present.

Wow, very interesting! It will be interesting to see what they decide to do from here on, whether they try to re-establish their restaurants, or work out some type of a settlement with Luftman??

That's wonderful.
However, given the way that things seem somehow to work out in Luftman's favor, one has to wonder if Elisa and Phillipe will ever get fair compensation.
