The weather should be great. Some may disagree but this could be the best month of the year.

There is a full moon party various places that week, Check the dates. Coco Maya has their fmp on the Friday.

As I said coco Maya near spanish town has their full moon party on May 8th. They sent me an email a few weeks ago confirming that. They normally do theirs on the Friday following the full moon.

Interresting. But on May 8th, we will be on a mooring at Leverick Bay. Coco Maya to Leverick bay by road, at night... Is it safe ??

You can rent a car at leverick bay for 24 hours. The drive is easy as the roads are quiet. I have done the trip at night twice. Eat at leverick, catch the jumbies and on to coco Maya? I think there fmp starts at 10. We are going to have dinner at coco Maya. The place is georgiuos.

Many on this board have rented a car and done the trip.

We have planned to rent a car and go to the Baths, it could be a good idea to dine at Coco Maya. I didn't know this restaurant. Thanks !

We have guests coming from Mtl on this trip. I believe that L & S jeep rental is recommended. We used them. They were fine. Book in advance. See their web site.

Frenchsailor, I will be at the docks at Leverick on the 7th and 8th on a Voyage 500 with a party of 10. Stop over and say Hi and I can give you some suggestions. Have been there many times and everything is safe there. Many things to do and see in the area. You will Love Leverick Bay.

I visit every year in May (and usually October), it's a wonderful time to be in the BVI! We'll be on White Bay for a week and then Virgin Gorda (Leverick) and Tortola the second week. Wheels up in 5 days, can't wait. smile

Felix
