We would prefer to stay at EDSS but would love to use the pools, beach, etc. at Hidden Beach Resort for an upcoming trip to the Riviera Maya. Is this possible, since they are both Karisma hotels? I've read reviews on Trip Advisor that talk about doing this, but they are older reviews. I want to make sure we'd be able to use Hidden Beach as an option, before booking at EDSS.

Spent a week at El Dorado Seaside Suites in March. Arranged a day pass ($100/person) through our concierge.

You can visit HBR on a day pass no matter where you stay.

There were several couples that visited on a day pass while we were at HBR last month. Most from EDSS but one couple from a non-Karisma resort. We enjoyed HBR but it was really nice to have access to EDSS also. I would strongly recommend staying at HBR instead of doing the day pass. There was a really great group of people that we would not have gotten to know if we only did a day pass.

So, if you stay at hbr, do you have free access to everything at ears?

Yes, Hidden Beach and El Dorado Seaside Suites are both AI.

Yes, you can use all the facilities, same as the guests at El Dorado.
