Ok so we have our studio in Orient Village rented for our last two weeks next February and we just purchased our airfare for a non stop flight on United from ORD Now, we are trying to find a studio in Simpson Bay that will fall within our price range (under $1,000 for the week if we can do it). Does anyone have any suggestions? We had looked into one in Pelican Key and one at the Atrium, but we didn't book either one fast enough . We have been checking Jeff Berger's site every day but haven't found anything yet. We would greatly appreciate any suggestions!

I'm not sure what week you need but try sintmaartenrentalweeks.com & inquire about Cea Jae Haven. We had friends that stayed there last Feb.

Have you tried the Simpson Bay Resort? They usually have studios available, not sure at what price.

I "own" at SBR and they have some nice studios and the renovated 1 BR's are great...but...they have some in-a-hole-facing-the-parking lot and Marina prison cell studios. Be careful which one you get.

boucharda--original poster is talking about somewhere in Simpson Bay area, as opposed to only Simpson Bay Resort.

Thanks everyone for the responses, they were very helpful! We will be in Simpson Bay from Feb 6th-13th and then at Orient Village from Feb. 13th-27th. And thanks for the info on SBR, that's good to know as that is one of the places we are looking at. I know we still have a lot of time, but now that everything else is in place I will feel better once I know we have a place booked. We are very excited about staying on the Dutch side again
