Can anyone give me the location of O1173A at La Terasse?

Should be on the first floor.

First floor with a balcony adjoining the garden-just to the north of the center of the building. We stay 4 to 6 weeks annually in this building. Great grocery market downstairs and many fine restaurants in the area.

For RCI Weeks exchanges, are there any additional fees for anything other than daily parking (understand $3/day) and the timeshare tax?

Are there any 'horrible' one bedroom units?

Parking is $25 a week and the $50 timeshare tax.

wifi is also $50/week

Stayed in 1 B/R units on the first floor-no bad units-the parking is $30 per week-just paid for 4 weeks. The only problem on the first floor with the gardens you have to keep the screen closed or the mosquitos can be biting. Enjoy
