Anyone know the per person cost for a taxi from Spanish Town to the Baths? We have a group of 7. Trying to decide if I should rent a car or take a taxi.

The walk takes approximately 25 minutes, if that might be of interest.

Rent a car and see a lot more than just the baths.

Will you be on a boat in Yacht Harbor? If so take your park pass with you or you will be out another $3. per person entry fee to the Baths. And, the cab driver will drop you off and come back at a specified time to pick you up...but what if you get hooked on the Baths and the specified time is not long enough? I'd rent one of the large passenger vehicles and drive the whole island, it's not that big but beautiful. Sigh, we are still 28 days out from VG... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/circle.gif" alt="" />

Regarding the park pass - if you forget it, it is not that difficult to avoid having to pay again.

I agree with everyone on renting a car. We rented a truck from Nick last month. Saw the Baths, snorkeled Savannah Bay and finished with lunch/dinner at Hog Heaven. Totally worth the $75 rental for our party of 6.

Agree with CottageGirl. We rented through Nick last May and enjoyed the freedom to go when and where we wanted. Also, my brother go to show off his stick shift skills driving us around.
