Jim, We are scheduled to stay at the Caribbean Princess in about a month and we booked it through Sprimbarth last May. I just emailed them today and got a return message saying that the agent I work with was in training this afternoon. I'm hoping I get a response tomorrow or I will begin to worry. Why did you post this link. Do you know something more than I do?

we stayed at a place they manage earlier this month. Magali is out sick for an extended time and others are trying to fill in for her. We where fine as we were familiar with the place and didn't need any help getting in. They seemed to be struggling to keep up.

I suspected that something was going on as someone has been standing in for Magali in my efforts to book for next year. We have worked with her for many years so I hope things go well for her. I am a little surprised that they didn't have much of a back up plan but trust they will figure it out...

Melody is in charge of rentals. As a long time booking agent for Sprimbarth properties, our new relationship with Melody has been excellent. I have no further information about Magali other than her departure related to an illness brought on by stress. ...Jim

Jim, I would look forward to working with the Melody the new representative. As you well know, I did not have a good experience with Magali or the manager. It's my hope Sprimbarth has installed some new practices to become much more client friendly. Vacationers coming to the island need to rely on the property manager and there is no reason the property manager should be unresponsive. Especially with the issue of a robbery that we had. Thanks for the update, I'll would certainly reconsider Sprimbarth if they have changed personnel and updated their practices.

We booked a villa through sprimbarth for our May trip and just made the final payment. Hoping no issues arise.
