Does anyone know if Pete is still running Pineapple's? We haven't seen him there or at Shushiitto's and when I asked I got a very evasive non response. Just curious as I don't think I've seen anything about him not being there. Thanks

Didn't see him, but people who know him haven's said anything about him not being around.
Next SXM visit -November 2023. Also January 2024.

He does occasionally visit family in Canada so he may be gone from the island for a while.He needs a vacation just like the rest of us. We had a nice visit with Pierre in December when we were there, and he said even though he has opened the new restaurant, Pineapple Pete's will forever be his baby!

Shushitto is certainly Pierre's newest restaurant, but not sure I would call it 'new'. It's been open at least a year, probably longer?
