Breeze said: If you are NOT a strong swimmer, but still want to enjoy snorkeling FOB, just walk to your right up the beach as far as you want to hike, head into the water until you can float, and the current will gently help you back to the restaurant / bar location. You won't get the " reef" experience, but it is still a slice of heaven for not much work, and pretty safe for kids as well.
Breeze Thanks for that <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> We have a few on our upcoming charter who are not strong swimmers.

YW, for that.
It is a good option for those who aren't strong with swimming, and the ability at any time to pretty much put your feet down and stand up can be vastly reassuring if anyone has issues with mask leakage or getting an unexpected mouthful of seawater.
I was recovering from a back issue ( herniated L3-L4 disk) and could not really use fins because the extension effort made my sciatica scream. Fins were totally unnecessary, as the current was perfect to carry me along with hardly any effort.

Our crew often snorkel with noodles, which makes for easy equipment adjustments and helps lessor swimmers feel more comfortable.

Thanks for all of the great pics! DIF is killing me. 5 days until wheels up! I have been to the BVI at least 10 times and I have never been to Anegada. This post makes me want to be there.
