Yes some do.
In my opinion, those that do shouldn't and those that don't should. Even my wife agrees with me on that viewpoint - no pun intended.

We were there one time and 3 females were comparing and I overheard..."Who did yours?" Hubby said he liked the ones NOT "done" . But I really wish he'd not told them aloud.

The times I've witnessed this behavior, they were sloppy drunks.
Personally, I don't get the appeal of it, with all of those cruisers, families with children, plane watchers. It's a "tourist trap" when the take-off/landings are occurring. Even a gift shop.

They use to take pictures of the topless women and pin them to the shutters that closed the bar when it was closed. Many were wearing SBB decals, (remember them) on their breasts. One time, I was there just as Heidi was opening. She gave me a sticker, so I went into the men's room and put it on. I came back, dropped my shorts and showed it to her. She started laughing like crazy, (I'm sure it wasn't because of my size.) grabbed her Poloroid , snapped a picture and put it up along with the others.
