We are currently at Sapphire and haven't had any issues. Air conditioning works, water in unit is good, no bugs, room has coffee maker, terrific ice maker, TV, telephone, and hot tub that works. Buildings 1 and 3 have one working elevator each. Thankfully Nicole and Bruno are no longer here per the staff! We did not get our timeshares unit for the two weeks we are here, but have been given a better unit! This year's experience at Sapphire is much improved over last year! Now we only need to have the wind die down!

We have been pleasantly surprised, too! No grocery store open in basement.
