LePiment (sp?) Orient Village, never had a bad meal. Fine dining food in a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful owner and staff. We ate there 3 times last year and looking forward to next week when we can go again!

thought about Budget....read the post again about the scam....and decide for yourself. The posts from that thread would sure be enough for anyone to make up their minds. Personally, we use Alain from AAA, have for years, and will continue to use him for as long as we will continue to frequent the island.

The Budget fiasco would concern me as well, but at this late date during Regatta, I think you're stuck with them. Take pictures of the car before you leave the lot, and don't allow yourself to be intimidated by any nonsense when you return it.

put the rental car agent in the video - also video when you return the car. - use credit card that you can dispute charges with - send AAA an email = they are sponsors of the board they had a car available for me if I needed one, last week - I decided not to take it since I won't be traveling around the island much

I assume Crystal is still at Le Piment. She has built that place into one of the best restaurants on the island. She is a real doll and welcomes everyone as if they are family. The menu choices are plenty and change nitely. Anxious to see her in April.

Crystal was there in January and has a great place. She really makes you feel like you are special. I would also like to recommend La Table d'Antoine, next door to Piment. This is always our first and last stop. The food is great and Antoine and his crew are super. Found out last trip that Antoine is now in a partnership with Dumais (SP) at Kakao, our favorite Orient Beach Bar.
