I would love to enjoy happy hour at the yacht club. What is the best time to get there before the bridge opens.?

what time is their happy hour? in winter bridge raises at 3, 4 and 5 PM. And it can be a MESS in between the raising times.

Happy hr pricing starts at 4 pm, Bridge openings are 3pm inbound, 4pm outbound, 5pm inbound
Take your chance parking at the YC or park across from Skipjacks
After 4 it starts to get busy

With construction of the new dock, and preparation for Regatta starting, parking in the SMYC parking lot is very limited, and starting one day next week, it will be non-existent due to stuff set up in the parking lot for the Regatta.
get there way before 5 p.m., but find somewhere else to park.

The two times I drove past there this week,
both times they were closed, including at 7:30 p.m.
local time. So I have no idea what is going on there.
