Has anyone stayed at the Sapphire this month? (February) If so, what is the state of things there? Maintenance? Pool? Towels, etc. Are they renting out units owned by TS owners, now that RCI will not allow trades in?

The pool is full and clean. There is a bit of the bottom that is failing, probably leaking. However, draining and repairing in the middle of high season probably won't happen. Maintenance was repairing something outside my unit yesterday. The halls and stairwells are much cleaner. Towels are available. Three restaurants are open. That's more than we need. Three shops are in the lobby, but seldom open. The suprette in the basement is closed. The gardens are lovely.

Thanks ESK,
How busy was the Sapphire. If RCI exchanges are not happening, is it occupied only by owners and renters? We will be on the island in mid-March, and plan to check it out ( but we are not staying there).
