I was checking the schedule for March and it doesn't appear to be populated and neither does Feb. however I do see some entries for Jan. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong please.

If you're talking about the schedule here, we haven't had someone to volunteer to help with it, so it is not correct, obviously. Check out the BVI port authority schedule.

You will only find February at BVI Beacon right now -- they'll probably have March up next week...

Well...according to that schedule for RT, there will be no ships in port while we're at CGB for the day! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

Thanks again for your help - much appreciated. Haven't looked yet but need to figure out best time to take newbies to the Baths. We have two weeks to fit in.

You might try sail2wind's (Evan's) idea of getting there later rather than early. You can make it to Marina Cay/Trellis in 1-1.5 hours, the ship hoards will be leaving/gone and the balls will be getting vacated as many bareboats are heading for North Sound. YMMV but it worked for me!
Life involves risks, take some prudent ones (NOT with the BVI ferries)!

cruisett.com is a great tool! We have decided on CGB the 12th (we hit CGB last year with, unbeknownst to us, a Cruise Ship in, it brought tears to my eyes and we stayed for about an hour )and the Baths on the 17th. BeerMe/sail2wind, I understand the logic behind mid to late afternoon visit, but we really like to spend the morning in the Baths and then lunch at Top of the Baths and cocktails Mad Dog.

Understand Top of the Baths, one of my favorite things to do there. I was thinking about that while I was typing...
