Some people have posted here before about the golf cart guy (I think it's a golf cart? ), that provides transfers from Grand Case Beach Club to the restaurants in Grand Case. They said it was just arranged through their hotel and they didn't even know how to contact the fellow. I just wondered whether he works only for GCBC or whether he provides transfers throughout Grand Case? If so, anyone know how to contact him and what the fee is? I'm thinking it's possible with regard to GCBC, that they are funding part of the cost for him to pick up and deliver their guests, so it may be more for transfers from somewhere else. And I'm sure if he does other areas, there is a limit as to where he will go. Would appreciate any info.

If he only provides service to GCBC, seems like maybe ARCHA should investigate setting up such a service throughout Grand Case? Just thinking out loud..

This service is also offered at Le Petit. It is arranged by hotel. Seems people at Le Petit that use it are very satisfied. As we have a rental car we have never used service but have seen gentleman on a number of occasions as we were leaving the hotel. Believe he services a number of hotels in Grand Case.

OK, thanks so sounds like maybe he just works through the hotels then. If anyone has any other info, would appreciate it.

Last April after we departed from our timeshare weeks at the Towers we stayed at GCBC for a few days and we took full advantage of the 'Golf Cart Guy' and thoroughly enjoyed his service. We parked our rental car upon arrival and didn't go near it again until the day we went home.

The hotel concierge booked our dinner reservation and at the same time our 'GCG' pick-up, and we thought it was a wonderful service. For the princely sum of $12.00 a couple round trip, he picked us up at the GCBC taxi stand and dropped us off at the restaurant and picked us up again at the end of our evening. No worries at all.

I loved the service and would highly recommend it.

I corresponded with Bleu Emeraude and they told me that the golf cart driver, John Bryan can be booked by the hotel for $3 per person each way

OK, there you go. To ME, it would be worth it for the return trip at least, as it will be getting fairly late by the time you finish dinner, if your reservations are at 8.

My friends took it from Le Soliel to their place at Pavilon Beach, just hailed him, as he drove by. $6 for the ride.

Last year I posted about an evening taxi service recommended by GCBC that the hotel arranged for us. The service is provided by a local taxi operator, Yvette (aka Sexymama). She uses a mini van. We were very pleased with the service. The price was six dollars for 2 one way. We thought it was worth it

Johnny started this shuttle business last season. This year he has 2 shuttles working every night. All the restaurants have his number to call if needed. He drops off and picks up from, Grand Case Beach Club, l'Esplanade, Petit Hotel, Bleu Emeraude, Bleu Marine, and any where else on the street if you need a ride.

And beyond saying this is a convenient and pleasant way to get from point to point in and around Grand Case, he's also a really nice guy!!
