When I was last at the Royal Palm in Oct 2014, the gym equipment had mostly been moved out and they were not having locals have memberships there anymore. The first part of the gym where there was loads of machines was completely emptied. There was still the cardio equipment in the next room and then a very old cable machine in the next room after that one. What is the status of the gym now? Did they ever put anything into that first room that would be gym/fitness oriented? Working out on vacation is very important to my husband and I while we're on vacation.

They ended up moving the gym down further toward the water and shut the gym down to locals. We were just there and it's only open to people who are staying at the Royal palm and your room key will let you in.
