My experience has always been to email Divi Corporate and they will forward to the right person at Little Bay. Celine Ven Meer (or something like that) is the GM there but she is on maternity leave(or was 2 weeks ago when we were there)

No, Sandra is definitely NOT out on maternity leave. That is Celine who is the general manager.
