We had to cancel our flight to St. Martin. We had purchased non-refundable tickets from US.Air. I e-mailed Customer Service and requested a refund. They called yesterday and advised us that they were refunding our money and thanked us for being a long standing customer.

We received a notice that our US Air Visa card is to be replaced by a Mastercard.
