Went to Skip Jacks (Formally know as Skipjacks pre-Irma). My wife loves this place. She always gets the scallops. Never disappoints. I get my old standby, blacken Grouper. Both dishes were the same as they were many years ago. Skip Jacks has kept the same cooks and wait staff for many years. That is why it is consistently good cuisine, not fancy but flavorful. We do not get manhattans there since we were disappointed many years ago. Just Jack on the rocks for me and a Carib for the wife. It was Friday and crowded.
Went to breakfast at the Cabana Beach restaurant in the RP. The breakfast was great even better than last time. We both had a French toast combo- mine with scrambled eggs and sausage; hers sunny side up with bacon. Vast improvement for breakfast at Cabana. Left RP for a couple days at Princess Heights. Nice ocean views with St. Barths in the distance, Off to BZH Creperie for dinner after G and T on patio.
