Last night we ate at Bistro Caribe, one of our favorites and we were not disappointed. My wife had shrimp and I had French onion soup, lobster Thermidor and we shared the chocolate lava cake. Food and service was outstanding!
For years we would go to Bistro Caribe, and I would see folks ordering the Lobster Thermidor. My wife would say; "order it" but I never would because I thought "oh, it's so expensive". Finally, two years ago, I said to heck with it and ordered it. OMG. It was worth every penny and then some. I should have done this years ago. Life is too short. LOL
