I know it must have been mentioned before but I can't find answer.
Form will not take phone number. Any help on how it should be entered?

Yes, got the reply shortly after I finished. Printed it all out even though I don't think it's necessary but just to be sure.
One the problems encountered was entering dates. For some reason the form put the date before every time. Once I discovered that I just clicked the NEXT day and it entered day before which was the correct date for my birth, passport etc. Example birth date day of 10 came up 09 so I entered 11 and it came up 10.

How far in advance can you fill out the form? I filled mine out about 2 months prior.

rural, considering the length of time it took me to do mine and hubby's perhaps I should have started 2 months ago or in October. Just kidding. I did find it a waste of time though. AS I did it I was remembering those cards passed out on the plane years ago and how easy it was.
IT seems the older I get the harder things get.
What bothered me most was why you couldn't just type in dates instead of having to scroll along through the years. Especially since hubby was born in 1935!!!

Correct. I found it best to play around with it a little to learn the quirks of the form. I filled out for 4 of us and had no problem, except for upon arriving, most others in the line were clueless and it backed it up for those of us who did it properly.
