We arrived on Friday and everything was good as expected. Our first night out we decided to go to the Porto Cupecoy French restaurant that we liked so much last year. The one right at the end of the building on the right. That unfortunately was a major disappointment. Food was meh and service was meh too.
Second night we wanted to get to Tropicana but they were booked solid so we went to the LaBelle Epoce instead and we were not disappointed! The food was awesome but they were severely understaffed ( looks like a continuing problem now at the restaurant) so our food wasn’t as hot as I expected but the poor guy was running around like a chicken without a head trying to look after his customers so I have to give it to him he was doing his absolute best.
We will visit them again since the menu looked very interesting and there are a few more yummy things that wife wanted to try.
That’s it for now, we haven’t decided yet on a place for tonight so I will comment tomorrow.

We are at the Rainbow this time. Ended up walking down to Porto Cupecoy for dinner tonight and into the Big Cees restaurant- that’s the one right down the stairs by the water on the right. To our surprise it was pretty much packed full! Had a very nice onion soup and mahi mahi , wife had a fish soup that was absolutely delicious and some chicken salad with a very nice dressing. Service was a bit slow too but as I mentioned- they were packed 100%! Over all, pretty good experience.
