We started off our first full day on island with breakfast at SMYC, a tradition for us and yes the Bloody Marys were great. On a side note I never drink liquor at home just beer, but on island I will, maybe that's why I keep coming back
. Due to our late breakfast we just had drinks at Rendezvous.
Another enjoyable trip to Rendezvous and the cast of musicians is forever changing, probably why we keep coming back. This week they had a acoustic guitar/harmonica player who is on island for 1 week join them for a few songs. The music was similar to the Traveling Wilburys. Ronnie Santana and Alfredo were forever changing instruments as usual, both are extremely talented musicians. Alfredo has been playing a different style of guitar lately that is see thru, but I prefer the sound of Ronnie's Fender Telecaster.
After the Rendezvous we made our way back to the beach bar at SBR for a few more and it was Karaoke time, and my wife tells me that I can't sing. I don't think that I could be any worse than I heard there.
Made it an early night as we are trying to catch up on our sleep we missed on Friday night. Today a trip to Carrefour for supplies is necessary.
