It's apparently not open yet, but there is a new French restaurant coming to Simpson Bay. It's called Pardon my French, by Jax. Anyone have any info about it? If it's by Jax, I'm sure it will be good. Great to have another French restaurant on the Dutch side.

There's a "Pardon My French" restaurant in New York City that gets mixed reviews. Also one in the Philippines so I don't know it this is a franchise or just that whomever is opening this place in SXM just chose the name arbitrarily

Yes Carol this new restaurant is by the Owners of Jax Mr Chow Roma and the Deli so there should not be a S/C added to the bill. Our last breakfast on our Dec/Jan trip was at the Deli and the manager told us of this new restaurant coming in Simpson Bay then. I will investigate this further when we arrive this weekend.

If it is on par with a Grand case restaurant, then I bet it does well for those staying on the Dutch side alleviating the night drive.

It’s where Bacchus (Expess maybe) was for a short time in the Del Sol Plaza Shopping Mall.
