Kinda funny, the report says the police are condemning reckless actions, but doesn't really say that they are really doing anything about it?? How about pulling their license??

Many don't have a license. Either never passed the test, or had it ensodorsed.
The only thing that works is confiscating their vehicule and crushing it.

"The only thing that works is confiscating their vehicule and crushing it." Why crush it? Is it only worth scrap value? Why not auction such vehicles to raise funds for increased enforcement. (Do agree with crushing seized scooters to decrease the number of nuisances and hazards, plus economic values typically low

We have never had a reckless cab on SXM.
We have had a slow driving cab or a van cab that made us their last stop.
