No idea if you are talking about the game or the escargots but that is not an item, I would think would be particularly good unless it was consumed right out of the oven. To each their own.

Have you ordered it from them before? Did you talk to them and tell them this? As long as you have lived on island I would think you would know some of the people there and talk to them rather than make a post like that. More to the story?
I prefer the Isle seat

Pretty sure almost all snails come out of a can, very inexpensive about 25 cents a piece right out of the can
pretty hard to mesh up especially since they only need to be reheated in a garlicky sauce
maybe if you reheat the reheat, they may get tough
memories of Orange Fever in a garlic sauce with blue cheese and somewhere is a rich veal reduction but most taste the same wherever

I've had them at Orange Fever before. Pretty darn nice. Course just before my French Burger.

I love Moulin Fou, and have never had a bad meal there. BUT, I did order the escargot once, while dining in the restaurant. It was a couple of years ago, and if I remember correctly, there was some sort of bread crumb topping. I was not impressed in the least!

I've had escargot many times and in different restaurants. Some with a sprinkle of bread crumbs like panko and some without. I like it both ways. Best is to take a piece of baquett and dunk in the butter garlic juice. Heavenly.

Please quit with your bragging. I'm pretty sure many of us here are just as well off as you are, but you don't hear us bragging about our wealth.
