What is the difference between the Individual and group entry form. Can a husband wife/complete a group form. I was there in November and I did one for me and one for my husband and it was very simple. I did the same thing for our upcoming trip and we both received emails back. A couple (husband/wife) we are traveling with hit group in error. Will this be ok for the both of them. She tried to delete the registration but the system wouldn't allow it. Can they do it again by individually? TIA

Spent hours on this recently!!!!! My recommendation is to do each one separately. Also when adding phone number it MUST be in this format! +1721234380!!!

And yes, we were able to switch from group to individual. Just log out and start anew,

Def do individual. Used a laptop and took about 6 minutes per passport. Major pain in the butt!!!

I did Group for my wife and myself for December flight. No issues. One email with link to registration, which showed both our names. Flew through arrival at SXM with quick passport scans and photos.

Same for us in late November. Took longer to walk from the plane than getting thru C & I. Luggage was a bit slow. Probably took a total of an hour from plane door to rental car.

Wife and I each used it twice, it worked fine for her the first time, but not for me, so went to pasport agent and right on through.
Second time I got the green check mark, but gates wouldn't open. Wife was sent to passport agent when picture wouldn't take,so
both of us zoomed though passport check only having to tell them where we were staying.
Half the people were having trouble and one of the koseks was not working.
So much for technology.

I’ve been trying to register for 3 days, I did individual for my husband and myself, I’m getting no reply, we leave Monday February 3 rd, hope we don’t have any problems when we arrive.

I always check there, but thank you
